The Captains Chew fermented hot sauce is packed full of that unique flavour that only age can bring. Each sauce is unique to its batch. The Captain and his Wench like to get creative, so rarely will two sauces ever taste the same.

This sauce has been created using juicy Australian mangoes and one of the captains recent ferment mixes which included the trusty ol’ birds eye chilli which we smoked.. A dash of honey and lime for flavour so this sauce is hot enough for dinner but sweet enough for dessert....
