APPLES AHOY! // The Captains Hot Sauce

The Captains Chew fermented hot sauce is packed full of that unique flavour that only age can bring. Each sauce is unique to its batch. The Captain and his Wench like to get creative, so rarely will two sauces ever taste the same.

This batch has been created using a fermented barrel with 6 months age to it. We paired this with some quality Australian apples and pineapples for sweetness, along with a splash of locally harvested honey. This sauce also has a spicy blend of habaneros, cayenne peppers and jalapeños so we know it will hit just right..
