SCORPIONS COVE // The Captains Hot Sauce

The Captains Chew fermented hot sauce is packed full of that unique flavour that only age can bring. Each sauce is unique to its batch. The Captain and his Wench like to get creative, so rarely will two sauces taste the same.

This batch has been aged for longer than the pirate would have liked but a pirates life is a busy life and that only means a deeper, richer flavour in the sauce. We’ve added Trinidad scorpion chillies, extra fermented garlic and some cherry juice to give this sauce some extra heat and a little extra sweetness.
