The Captains Chew fermented hot sauce is packed full of that unique flavour that only age can bring. Each sauce is unique to its batch. The Captain and his Wench like to get creative, so rarely will two sauces ever taste the same.

This batch has been aged for longer than the Captain would have liked but a pirates life is a busy life and that only means a deeper, richer flavour in the sauce. Going back to our humble beginnings with a simple sauce, Fermented Treasure 2.0 pays homage to our very first sauce. Minimal in ingredients, but the Captain guarantees still the same maximum flavour.
