The Captains Chew fermented hot sauce is packed full of that unique flavour that only age can bring. Each sauce is unique to its batch. The Captain & his wench like to get creative, so rarely will two sauces ever taste the same.

This batch has been aged for longer than the Captain would have liked but a pirates life is a busy life.and that only means a deeper, richer flavour in the sauce. This time the wench got excited with the fruit and thought we were making cocktails. This sauce is sweet, packed full of flavour and of course, spicy!!
